If you would like me to bring something special to one of the markets, just let me know.  If you want me to set aside some of my regular products so they'll be waiting for you when you get to the market or if you want me to make something that I don't usually bring to every market (e.g. Irish Soda Bread when it's not near St. Patrick's Day). I'll be happy to fulfill your request.

I'll even take requests for completely new items (e.g. Squaw Bread), in which case, you may provide a recipe or I'll search for one and confirm it with you before making it.  I'll also give you a price estimate, once I've seen the recipe and priced all of the ingredients, so you can decide whether or not I should make it.

Of course, all requests must be for items that I am allowed to sell under Florida's cottage-food law, (i.e. only products that are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration). 

For items I've already made and sold, please contact me at least three days before market, since I'll need to get the necessary ingredients and arrange my baking schedule .  For completely new items, please allow at least two weeks, so I can research the recipe, check it with you, get the ingredients, etc.

With the change of seasons comes the change of seasonal muffins.  Pumpkin-Spice Muffins are back!

Cottage Oven is a Florida-based cottage-food business. All products are made in my own home kitchen in Ormond Beach and sold at farmer's markets or face-to-face with customers. Under cottage law, although I can sell on this website, I cannot ship anything to anyone. However, you are welcome to contact me if you would like me to bring something to either the Ormond Beach Farmer's Market, the European Village Farmer's Market in Palm Coast or directly to you in the general Daytona Beach / Palm Coast area.
